Governor Tod thinks Gallipolis seriously thretened, and wants two regiments sent there. Please have two Hoio regiments designated to move int hemorning if called for. Ihave asked the Govenror to send them fromteh force he has organizing if he can, and shall hear from him in the morning. I don't want to weaken our force.
