I. The District of Delaware will be included hereafter in the command of the Third Separate Brigade, Eighth Army Corps.

II. Colonel S. M. Bowman, Eighty-fourth Pennsylvania Volunteers, is hereby relieved from the command of the District of Delaware, and will report in person to the headquarters of the Middle Department for orders.
