3. Major General J. J. Reynolds will proceed to Devall's Bluff, Ark., and report to Major-General Steele, commanding the Department of Arkansas. In addition to the troops of his own corps, the troops sent from the District of Vicksburg, or of West Tennessee, will be under the control of General Reynolds, and will be attached temporarily to his corps.
