Swearingen, assistant adjutant-general of volunteers, is hereby relieved from duty in the Department of Pennsylvania, and will report in person without delay to the commanding general Army of the Tennessee for assignment to duty with the Third Brigade, Second Division, Fifteenth Army Corps.
