Announcing Our 20th National Conference

to be held at the

Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg Pennsylvania

April 5th-7th, 2013

 

            That's right, our conference will be held in Historic Gettysburg, PA, home of the premier Civil War battlefield. Our conference hotel is the beautiful Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel (95 Presidential Circle; Gettysburg, PA 17325). Through special arrangements we have procured a discount room rate of $124/night, single, double, triple, or quad occupancy for a standard double queen or king or [regularly $139-$169/night] for suites (+15% local & state tax). These rates will be good for two days prior to and two days after the conference dates and include a complementary breakfast.             The Harrisburg Airport is approximately 45 miles from the hotel. The Washington DC airports are approximately 2 hours distance.

            Our Saturday field trip will be to selected battlefield & hospital sites, lead by LicensedBattlefield Guide Phil Leehak, who has posted a series of articals on Camp Letterman and the Gettysburg hospitals on the Park Services' Gettysburg Daily web site.
