The Fourteenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteers will take the place of the Sixth Connecticut Volunteers, and will be held ready for immediate service, the commanding officer of the Sixth Connecticut Volunteers turning over to the commanding officer Fourth New Hampshire Volunteers all orders he may have received relative to the operations now pending.

I. The Fifty-sixth New York Volunteers (Lieutenant-Colonel Wheeler) and One hundredth New York Volunteers (Colonel G. B. Dandy) will be atached to Brigadier-General Stevenson's brigade, and the Eighty-fifth Pennsylvania Volunteers (Colonel J. B. Howell) to the brigade now commanded by Colonel T. O. Osborn, and of which Colonel Howell, as senior colonel, will assume command. This change to be effected immediately.
