Colonel W. E. Baldwin will move his command by rail on the morning of the 28th instant from Russellville to Haynesville, East Tenn., where a wagon train is being provided for the use of his command, and so soon as the same is procured he will move his regiment by way of Elizabethtown to Fish Springs, near the Johnson County line, and there encamp until further orders.
