Captain H. J. Latshaw, assistant quartermaster, is hereby appointed chief quartermaster of the District of Central Kentucky, and will be obeyed and respected accordingly. He will temporarily relieve Captain F. E. Walbridge as depot and post quartermaster for this army, making his headquarters at Lexington, Ky., and will receive from Captain Walbridge all the quartermaster's property in his possession.
