Howard, volunteer service-Fourth Rhode Island Volunteers, Fifth New Hampshire Volunteers, Thirty-sixth Pennsylvania Volunteers, Sixty-first New York Volunteers. Second Brigade, to be organized hereafter. Third Brigade, to be commanded by Brigadier General William H.
