The following assignment of troops in this department is published for the government of all concerned: The Third Massachusetts and First New Hampshire Regiment Heavy Artillery to Hardin's division, and the First Wisconsin and Fourth Massachussets Regiment Heavy Artillery to De Russy's division. The commanding officers of these division will such orders as will insure immediate compliance with these instructions.
