Brigade will move in the center; the Second Brigade will bring up the rear. The brigade in the advance and the brigade in the rear will have one regiment, respectively, as advance and rear guard. The provost guard will be furnished as heretofore from the advance regiment. The pioneer corps will follow the advance regiment. The trains will follow it, well closed up- first, the pinner corps train; second the First Brigade train; third, the Third Brigade train; fourth, the Second Brigade train; fifth, the ordnance train; sixth, the supply train; seventh, the ambulance corps. Reveille to be sounded at 3. 30 a. M.

SPECIAL ORDERS,
HDQRS. SEVENTEENTH ARMY CORPS, Numbers 285.
In the Field, GA., November 18, 1864.

I. The orders for the movement to- morrow are as follows:

1. Brigadier General M. D. Leggett, commanding Third Division, will have the advance, and will move at 7 o'clock, on the road to Monticello.

2. Major General J. A. Mower, commanding First Division, will follow the Third Division, moving at 8 o'clock.

3. Brigadier General G. A. Smith, commanding Fourth Division, will follow the First Division, moving at 9 o'clock.

4. Major A. C. Waterhouse, commanding Artillery Brigade, will assign a battery to each division, to move as the division commander may direct.

5. The train of these headquarters will follow that portion of the ordnance train which moves in rear of the advance brigade of the Third Division.

II. Each division commander int his corps will at once cause to be detailed from his command ten good men who have had experience as teamsters, for driving in pontoon train, to report forthwith to Captain Buzard in charge.
