In obedience to instructions received from the lieutenant-general commanding the Armies of the United States the following regiments are hereby relieved from duty in this department and will proceed to the Army of the Potomac and report to Major-General Meade commanding, viz: Two hundred and seventh Pennsylvania Volunteer Intry and Two hundred and ninth Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry.
