The major-general commanding directs that you extend your line from Fort Howard to Fort Wadsworth, relieving the brigade of General Crawford's division now in the intrenchments between those redoubts. You will receive your order form General Crawford, who is at General Warrens' headquarters on the Weldon railroad. Report to him where you are and how reached.
