II. Lieutenant Colonel Arthur Jacobi, Ninth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, is hereby relieved from the command of the First Brigade, First Division, Seventh Army Corps.

III. Colonel C. H. Mackey, Thirty-third Iowa Volunteer Infantry, is hereby detached from his regiment and assigned to the command of the First Brigade, First Division, Seventh Army Corps.
