In obedience to instructions from headquarters Military Division of West Mississippi, Brigadier General Joseph Bailey will at once report in person to Major-General Canby, commanding Military Division of West Mississippi, at Fort Gaines, Ala. He will be relieved from his present command by Brigadier General E. J. Davis, U. S. Volunteers.
