The circular of yesterday's date, from these headquarters, conveying certain instruction with respect to the contemplated movement, is so far modified as to direct that 140, instead of 150, rounds of small-arm ammunition be carried.

V. Brigadier General Albin Schoepf, U. S. Volunteers, will repair without delay to Fort Delaware, and relieve Lieutenant Colonel R. C. Buchanan, Four U. S. Infantry, in command of that post. On being relieved from command of Fort Delaware, Lieutenant-Colonel Buchanan will report by letter to Colonel J. B. Fry, Provost-Marshal-General, in Washington, and take his instructions.
