Colored Troops, aide-de-camp, to be major by brevet for gallant and meritorious services in the campaigns of 1864 and 1865. Captain Charles H. Hurd, assistant adjutant-general volunteers, to be major by brevet for gallant and meritorious services in the campaigns of 1864 and 1865. Surg. R. R. Clarke, Thirty-fourth Massachusetts Volunteers, surgeon-in-chief of division, to be lieutenant-colonel by brevet for faithful and meritorious services in campaigns of 1864, and 1865.
