Cloudy, appearance of rain. A letter from A. B. Wingerd of Greencastle, that he may have a horse to my liking. I am somewhat annoyed with thoughts and feelings that were unpleasant to me. I endeavor to banish them, the temptation came in every form--this is a world of trial in its most favored aspect. There is always something to trouble and annoy.
