Still cold. Rode to my farm, my tenant is taking advantage of me in my absence. He cannot account for a fair division of our produce. Attended a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Academy. John Shryock being its principal. Since the U.S. Government has taken it over for a hospital, Shryock declared bankruptcy. They paid him $800.00. The bulding is in bad condition.
