GENERAL ORDERS, HDQRS. DEPARTMENT OF THE OHIO, Numbers 95.
Cincinnati, Ohio, June 6, 1863.

I. The following officers and men have been declared by the commissary-general of prisoners duly exchanged as prisoners of war since the announcement in General Orders, Numbers 60, current series, from these headquarters. *

II. All prisoners exchanged by the above will at once proceed to join their regiments. The commanding officers at depots of prisoners will organize the enlisted men into detachments and send them under the proper officers to their regiments. The Quartermaster's Department will furnish the necessary transportation.

III. Prisoners belonging to regiments out of this department will hold themselves in readiness to join as soon as the proper arrangements shall be made.
