The International Sons of Confederate Veterans are pleased to sponsor the 2010 Stephen Dill Lee Institute at the luxurious Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
Today, the need for truthful history and accuracy has never been more necessary. The South and the Confederate soldier are under constant attack by the modern educational establishment, media and politicians. The Stephen Dill Lee Institute was created to counter this trend with distinguished scholarship. This year the theme of the Institute is The American System of Liberty: Nullification, Secession and States’ Rights. We are fortunate to offer some of the premiere economists, constitutional scholars and Southern oriented historians in America.
