GENERAL: You will detailed a strong guard to accompany the supply train for this army from Harper's Ferry. The guard will accompany the train as far as Charlestown, Va., where they will be relieved by a brigade of cavalry, and return to Harper's Ferry. The commanding officer of the guard will be held strictly responsible for the safety of the train.
