These nine officers, with Captain Ricketts, First Artillery, previously exchanged for Captain J. A. de Lagnel, complete the whole list of 250 officers and men released by the Federal Government. It will be seen that an officer has already been exchanged for Colonel J. A. J. Bradford, and therefore some other of like rank should be proposed in exchange for Colonel William Hoffman.
