Native Americans

Where there any Native American tribes/nations to fought in the Civil war. I know a few in western states (Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona) but i think they where mostly fighting the U.S. not take the CSA side. Perhaps somebody can correct me and educate me on this topic.

I knew that the Cherokees where part of a North Carolina regiment. And there where many battles (small if any) with the plains Indians and Federal troops (Not direct to the conflict between the north and south).
What about the Iroquois Nation. They have been involved in a lot of wars from colonial to present day war with terrorist. Did they have a unit join in with the federal?

Do you or have you heard of Fort Row, Kansas? About 10 miles north of Fredonia, Kansas.
