I'm just curious if anyone else has gone to the Midwest Civil War Museum in Kenosha, WI? It just opened last summer and I was there for the first time this past March, and I must say that it is a very nice museum. It honors the men from Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana, and their part in the war.

If you have time, I highly suggest you go there.

I am going to be going back to Wisconsin this spring, I will have to make this a "must see" stop! My great grandfather fought for the Union, he lived in Iowa. :)

Very interesting....

Have you seen The Happening and Children of God? The Happening has many problems but the idea is great. Children of God is very bleak but brings up some great questions.

I want to check it out pretty bad. I live in Southwest Michigan and take a trip out west every year so I'm going to try and squeeze it in on one of the days im either heading out or coming back. If anyone has been to it, please let me know how it is so i dont go way out of my way if its not worth it lol.
