Call of Juarez is good. But talking about Civil War, I've played a Civil War mod for Civilization 4, and that was ok but it is really hard to win.

I have a Battleground Gettysburg game by TalonSoft that I really enjoy playing. You can play different aspects of the game (Culp's Hill,
Pickett's Charge, etc. You also have the option of playing Gettysburg from first contact to the end (149 moves).
You can play the computer or be both the north and south.
This is a fairly "old" game. You can also get Battleground Shiloh, however I have not been able to find it.
