I'm building model of the USS Monitor in brass. I've been able to draw up some very detailed plans, but one small detail evades me. The size of the side armor and the rivet pattern. I know their 5' high but the lenght is a mystery. Anyone have any sourses that I haven't looked at?

have you tryed american civil war research site for charts and maps because there is a bit about the uss monitor
