Does anyone know where the soldiers that were killed at the battle of Monroe's Crossroads, NC are buried? I understand that this battleground is located wholly within the confines of the Fort Bragg military reservation -- home of the United State's Army's elite 82nd Airborne Division. If they were buried there on site were they removed when this became a military base? My gg uncle was killed there, 1st Alabama Cavalry (U.S.V.) Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks,
James
