As today 3/6/2008 is the 200th anniversery of Jefferson Davis birthday. ha sthee been any events to mark this?

Only events I know of were at Beauvoir. They did a grand reopening of the estate (devastated by Hurricane Katrina) along with a celebration of his 200th birthday.
