Military Academy, Lt. Col.  SHERMAN L. FLEEK.  Colonel Fleek started
his military career as an enlisted soldier.  From there he rose to the
rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army serving as an
aviator, Special Forces Officer, and historian in several command and
staff positions.

Be sure you join us as Colonel SHERMAN L. FLEEK will talk about fellow
New Yorker, graduate of West Point Class of 1860, one of the boy wonders
of the North, and future Superintendent of the Point--”WESLEY
MERRITT.”  Colonel Fleek will focus on the battles Merritt fought in
with the Army of the Potomac—including serving with Sheridan in the
Shenandoah Valley.
